If approaching from the South, East or West follow the A515 Buxton road through Ashbourne, passing the market place on the left. Carry on up steep hill for approximately 300 yards to crossroads at the top and turn sharp left keeping Bowling Green Pub on left into North Avenue, then take the first turn right signposted Mappleton and Okeover. Continue with care down the hill and drive over the humpbacked bridge. The hall entrance is on the right. Follow the tree lined drive to the hall.
If approaching from the North on the A515 Buxton/Ashbourne road, turn right at the top of the hill at the Bowling Green Pub and then proceed as in the previous directions.
MOTORWAY ROUTES
From M1 North
Leave M1 at Junction 28 and follow signs A38 (South) for Derby. At junction A38/A610 exit for Ambergate. A6 turn left for Belper. At traffic lights turn right on A517 for Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From M1 South
Leave M1 at Junction 24 and follow signs A50 for Stoke on Trent. Continue on A50 to the A50/A515 junction. Leave A50 and follow signs to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From Manchester Airport
Leave Manchester Airport following signs to M56. Join M56 following signs for M6. At M56/M6 junction follow directions for M6 (South) Birmingham. At Junction 15 leave M6 and follow signs A500 to Stoke-On-Trent. Once on A500 at 2nd/3rd major interchange follow signs A50 to Derby. Follow signs A50 to Derby, and once on A50 continue on this road to the A50/A515 junction. Leave A50 and follow signs to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From Manchester
On the Manchester Ring Road M60 locate Junction 1 at Stockport. Leave M60 and take A6 to Buxton. At Buxton take A515 to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From Birmingham Airport
Leave Birmingham Airport and follow signs M42 (North) and join M42. Leave M42 at Junction 9 on to A446 towards Lichfield. Join A38 for Burton on Trent & Derby. Leave at A50 once on A50 continue on this road to the A50/A515 junction. Leave A50 and follow signs to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From East Midlands Airport
Join A42 and follow signs A42/A50 to Derby/Nottingham. Follow signs A50 to Derby, and once on A50 continue on this road to the A50/A515 junction. Leave A50 and follow signs to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From Nottingham
At Nottingham join A52 following signs for Derby. Continue into centre of Derby joining inner ring road. Pick up signs A52 Ashbourne, following signs to Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
From M5 South
Join M42 at junction 4A then follow directions as from Birmingham Airport.
From M6 North
Leave at junction 15 following signs for Burton of Trent. Then follow signs for Uttoxeter A50. At A50/A515 junction leave A50 and follow signs for Ashbourne. Then follow local directions above.
